Vacuum Circuit Breaker Tester Vacuum Interrupter Degree Tester
GDKZ-IV high-voltage circuit breaker vacuum tester adopts a new excitation coil, which can directly and quantitatively measure the vacuum degree of the vacuum switch arc extinguishing chamber without disassembly. It can not only measure the normal range of the vacuum degree of the switch cabinet, but also measure some vacuum switches with faster leakage. It is an ideal instrument for quantitatively measuring vacuum switches. By comparing with the measurement results of previous years, its life can be roughly inferred to prevent accidents.
1. The principle of magnetron discharge is adopted, and the single-chip microcomputer is used as the main control unit. The test process is fully automated and fully functional.
2. The instrument sampling design adopts ion charge calibration, which effectively suppresses the interference of transient power supply during the test, and the measurement results are reliable, stable and accurate.
3. The instrument uses a computer as the main control unit, which can easily deduct the leakage current caused by environmental factors.
4. The vacuum degree of the arc extinguishing chamber is tested by the magnetron discharge method using a new excitation coil, without disassembling the arc extinguishing chamber.
5. The vacuum degree value is directly displayed, so that vacuum circuit breaker users can grasp the vacuum condition of the arc extinguishing chamber in detail, providing a reliable basis for planning the replacement of the arc extinguishing chamber.
