Introduction:
The wire and cable fire resistance test device is used to test the fire resistance of wiring or power grid cables. It burns in a flame of no less than 750°C and 950°C and tests the cable to maintain circuit integrity.
Wires and cables that are difficult to catch fire and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames usually refer to wires and cables that can pass the GB/T18380.3 (equivalent to IEC60332-3) test.

Main Feature:

1. Control cabinet parameters:
* With dual flow meters and pressure regulation.
*The test process is automatically controlled.
*It has an intelligent detection function. When the sample is short-circuited during the test, *it will automatically alarm and turn off the fire source.

2. Requirements for fire resistance testing equipment:

*The burner has a nozzle 500mm long and 15mm wide. There are three rows of staggered holes on the nozzle, with a hole radius of 1.32 mm and a hole spacing of 3.2 mm. Comes with Venturi mixer;
*The test ladder frame for installing cables is fastened to the supporting steel base; during the test process, the vertical components on both sides of the test ladder can be adjusted according to different cable size requirements (test frame length: 1200mm, height: 60mm, total weight: 18±1kg)
*The inner diameter of the metal ring is approximately: 150 mm.

3. Pit test device:
*stainless steel bracket impact structure; box body spray paint treatment;
*Independent motor impact control box;
*Thick round steel rod with a hammer cone of 25 and a length of 600.
*Beat the hammering cone with an Angle of 60.
*the motor drive rod hammer for periodic hammer impact action.
