Brief introdction:
The ductility test is performed for determining the ductility of bituminous materials by measuring the elongation before breaking when two ends of briquette specimens are pulled apart at a specified speed and temperature.It is indicated by cm.The Ductility Testing Machine used for determining the ductility of bituminous materials by measuring the elongation of briquette mold with molten bitumen in it which is pulled apart at a specified speed and a specified temperature.
Basic structure:
This instrument is composed of a slide plate transmission mechanism, a cooling and heating system, a touch screen control part and an electrical device. Through automatic temperature control, frequency conversion speed regulation, LED display stretching length and remote control lock.
Features:
1. It is controlled by a computer integrated machine, which can be connected with the asphalt pavement database .
2. The water tank is equipped with a partition, and the external circulation is carried out along the wall of the water tank to ensure the temperature control accuracy and realize the internal and external double circulation.
3. The refrigeration system is made separately from the inside of the rack, the constant temperature water tank is made separately from the water tank, and there is no vibration during work.
4. Double circulation pumps are used to return the water to make the water temperature in the water tank more uniform; the refrigeration system adopts imported compressor units, which has fast refrigeration and reliable performance.
5. The sink is made of stainless steel, the screw rod is external, and the linear slide rail is used for positioning, and the transmission is stable.
6. The stretching speed is steplessly regulated by the imported frequency conversion speed regulator, and the stretching lengths are respectively displayed by LEDs for clear observation, and the stretching length can be locked by remote control.
