Product Description:
1) Once a transformer is manufactured, its construction and reference points become stable, typically resulting in similar frequency responses across its windings under normal conditions.
2) Certain situations, such as interruptions in the windings or phase shifts, which may occur due to power draw during operation or displacement from transportation impacts, can alter the transformer's reference framework. This, in turn, affects the frequency response. By analyzing changes in the frequency response curve, we can identify any deformations within the transformer.
3) Our organization has developed a winding deformation tester utilizing cutting-edge technology and principles. This device is capable of precisely plotting the frequency response curve. By comparing these curves either horizontally or vertically, we can effectively detect any deformations in the transformer.
