Introduction of HVPS

The whole voltage withstand test set consists of operation console, 2 sets of program-controlled frequency conversion power supply, 2 sets of 200KV step-up transformer and 2 sets of 200KV pure capacitive voltage divider. All the boosting process control and reading are completed by the control computer of the operation console. In the test before the start of the operating console computer software set test mode, test voltage and high voltage operation time, when the test process is started, the operating console computer to program control frequency conversion power supply to send boosting instructions to control its output voltage boosting, operating console computer real-time acquisition of 2 sets of 200KV voltage divider of the low-voltage arm of the output voltage, in the automatic boosting mode, the wireless high-voltage phasor calibration devices In automatic boosting mode, the wireless high-voltage phase checker verification device will control the phase angle difference between the two high-voltage while controlling the voltage rise to ensure that the phase angle is in line with the control requirements of the working conditions before boosting. After reaching the target value in manual boosting mode or automatic boosting mode, the amplitude of the two high voltages and the phase angle difference between the two high voltages can be adjusted through the test console.

During the calibration process, the system automatically adjusts the voltage, records the accurate reading of the target point, and simplifies the calibration process for the calibrator. Moreover, the system can automatically generate a Word format report based on the recorded standard reading value and the test reading value.
