Introduction:

GD-0719 Automatic Wheel-Track Tester is designed and made as per industrial standard T0719-2011 Wheel Track Test for Bituminous Materials in JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. The wheel track resistance property of bituminous mixes under high temperature conditions (whether they are submerged in water or not) and the high temperature stability of the bituminous mixtures at the site are determined using wheel tracking devices.

I. Main technical features:

1. Wheel Tracking Device, the floor-type device uses PC control technology, automated temperature management throughout the testing process, self-clocking, real-time showing of the displacement of the wheel track, and self-recording of the displacement curve, as well as printing out the report.

2. By displaying the variation curves of time and displacement, time and temperature throughout the test, it can provide the research and development institutes with the concrete proof they need to investigate the properties of bituminous mixes wheel-track.

3.Wheel-Track Tests may be performed by the tester in the 45°C to 85°C temperature range with a 0.7MPa wheel pressure and a 60 min. standard test time.

4. The Wheel-Track Tester has an absolute temperature sensor, adjusts the temperature using PWM, and maintains a high level of stability over a lengthy test with no temperature swings.

5. Adopting high precision A/D (16 bits), D/A (16 bits) modules to guarantee temperature control and displacement measurement accuracy and resolution ratio. The external circular heating technique is used to provide a consistent temperature in the tank.
