Product Description

When the sample was blown into the pyrolysis furnace by carrier gas and after oxidative decomposition, the sulfur converted intoS02 quantitative. Reaction gas enter into the fluorescence chamber after dehydrate by membrane dryer. In the fluorescence chamber, part of the SO2 converted into excited state S02 after irradiate by UV. (S02*). Emitting photons when the S02*transitions to ground state. Optical signal received and to amplify by the PMT and then change optical signals into electrical signals. Then amplified by the amplifier and input computer for data processing. That can be converted to electrical signal which proportional to light intensity.

Various analytical techniques have been developed for the determination of sulphur in different industrial environments. Gas chromatography (GC), chemiluminescence detector (CLD), ultraviolet fluorescence (UVF), diode array spectroscopy (DAS), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), dry colorimetric detector (DCD) or Sensi-Tape technology, and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS).

Analysis of the cause of the failure :
1. After starting up, the furnace temperature display is abnormal, the temperature does not rise, or the temperature rises continuously. Generally, there are four reasons. One is that the power of the host is not turned on. The other is that the thermocouple is short-circuited. The third is that the fixed relay is broken. The fourth is that the temperature control part is dead.
2. The fan does not turn after the machine is turned on. This may be related to the ground wire, or there is a problem with the fan itself.
3. After the sample is injected, the machine has no model. Generally, there are 5 reasons, one is that the zinc lamp is not turned on, the other is that the photomultiplier tube has no high pressure, the third is air leakage at the gas circuit end, the fourth is insufficient gas flow, and the fifth is the photomultiplier tube Chances are it's broken.
4. There are generally three reasons for the decrease in the integral fraction of known standard samples analyzed with the same sample volume. One may be that the reaction chamber is dirty, the other may be that the light intensity is not enough, and the third may be air leakage.
