Product Description

It adopts 32 bits ARM processor, colour LCD touch screen and laser detection etc.advanced technology. It also has the characteristics of medium temperature uniformity,medium heating rate stabilization,automatic detecting softening point,excellent repeatability and reproducibility of test results etc.It has the domestic initiative mechanical device to adjust the falling posture of sample,which dramatically reduce the possibility of the falling sample to deviate from the detecting region.Also it has the advanced detecting algorithm,which can reduce the bubble's influence to the medium during the heating process.

Common faults and solutions

Common Faults	Causes	Solutions
The Instrument dos not response after it is powered up.	Check the recoverable overload protector when the power supply is normal.	If the overload protector has been ejected, press it again.
False triggering of laser detection results.	1. There are foreign objects keep out the laser line. 2. Interference from direct sunlight.	1. Check whether the laser transmitting and receiving pipes on both sides of the bath are covered by foreign objects. 2. Move the equipment to a place where there is poor light and place it where the light cannot interfere.
