Introduction:
EN 13823 SBI Single Burning Items Combustion Tester For Materials, as European's evaluation of the fire-resistance performance of building materials, measures heat release rate (H.R.R), smoke growth rate index (SPR), oxygen consumption, CO, CO2 production, mass loss rate and so on.

Main Features:

1. Structure:
The SBI consists of a combustion chamber, a small cart, a smoke exhaust pipe, a gas supply system, a control system, and a data processing system.

2. Ignition system:
10 Kv spark igniter with a safety stop device, the igniter is automatically positioned by a lever connected to the closing mechanism. It is equipped with an automatic alarm device for flameout, which is safe and reliable.

3. Flue gas sampling system:
The flue gas sampling system consists of a soot filter, a compressor condenser, a drying column, a sampling pump, and a peristaltic pump. It ensures efficient collection of flue gas samples and clean and dry.

4. Measuring system:
Paramagnetic oxygen analyzer: O2 measurement range 0-25%, linear deviation: <±1%

Infrared CO2 analyzer: measuring range: 0-2/10%, linear deviation <±1%

Laser system: testing smoke density
