Cold Crank Viscosity:

The cold cranking simulator (CCS), ASTM D5293, correlates with engine cranking speed at low temperatures. Cold cranking viscosity simulates the viscosity of an oil in crankshaft bearings during cold temperature start up.


Features:

1. Automatically detect speed and control current to reduce human error.  
2. Semiconductor refrigeration, large cooling capacity.  
3. Imported motor drive, high accuracy.  
4. The LCD screen shows all working status.  
5. The Cold-Cranking Simulator can be connected to a printer to print results.  
6. Automatic calculation result after calibration by standard oil.  
7. Microcomputer control, Windows operating system, full English interface.  
8. Improved rotor, low torque test state, high repeatability.  
9. Automatically generate a calibration curve and directly display the test viscosity result.  
10. All test processes are fully controlled, no manual operation is required, and the test will automatically stop and heat up after the test.  
11. The instrument automatically recommends the cooling temperature.
