Instrument characteristics

2. 17-inch industrial control computer touch screen is designed, with the new software operating interface based on
WIN7 system, to ensure the function options at a glance, easy to operate, having the software program built-in work
curve with proprietary intellectual property rights.
3. With the atmospheric pressure automatically compensated by computer, the atmospheric pressure compensation
curve is configured, avoiding the trouble of manual checking.
4. Two-stage oil filter is used, to provide clean oil, effective lubrication and cooling, ensuring that the engine is
running efficiently and extending the service life.
5. The combined belt pulley is used, fast and easy to achieve switchover between Research Method and Motor
Method.
6. The mixed heater with new size is used, without any dismantlement when switching between Research Method and
Motor Method.
7. Large cable connection is used, neat and artistic, with the separation of strong and weak electricity, eliminating the
electromagnetic interference to ensure stable and reliable data transmission.
8. The engine ignition advance angle can be displayed in real time, to facilitate to check the operation conditions, with
Motor Method automatically corresponded with the compression ratio.
9. Stainless steel cooling tower is used, to avoid corrosion in the internal circulating water channel, improving the
cooling effect of the cylinder liner.
10. Intake configuration: The dual-circulation refrigeration ice tower is professionally configured, to ensure 2-4ºC
temperature, with constant temperature and humidity; oil and gas mixer can be atomized fully, improving
combustion efficiency, reducing carbon deposition and improving data stability and repeatability.
11. Large-capacity high-efficient cooling circulating machine is used, to maintain the heat-sink cooling of water tower
in the test process, with water-saving and environmental protection.
12. Pressure monitoring in the engine crankcase is made, to know the sealing performances of piston, piston ring and
cylinder liner at any time and to grasp the engine running state at any time, and to check whether the instrument's
test conditions are stable intuitively in real time.
13. Exhaust configuration: the instrument is equipped with a muffler.
14. Ignition system: Hall ignition (Magnetic induction ignition) patented technology is used, with repeatability of less
than 0.2/R octane number. Magnetic knock sensor is used, to provide the stable knock signal and to improve the
knock signal display sensitivity and anti-interference ability, providing the favorable conditions for subsequent
signal conversion and processing; signal transmission setting is provided, to normalize the knock signals for
interchangeability.
15. The linear displacement sensor is used, which can directly detect the slight change of the cylinder height, to meet
the high precision and thermal stability requirements; upper and lower limits are provided for cylinder height, safe
and reliable.
16. Lubrication system: with the auxiliary lubricating oil preheating function, auxiliary heating and temperature control
are made for the engine lubricating oil, greatly speeding up the preheating speed, to allow the instrument quickly
into the test conditions to meet the test conditions.
17. Oil system: three new parallel oil tanks are configured, with floats, needle valve and liquid level tube in their own
separate space respectively, without any interface each other when adjustment. Fourth oil cup is optional for
refrigeration, suitable for the test of light component oils.
18. Safety system: with emergency stop function.
19. Control technology: with data acquisition, automatic calculation, automatic control, automatic look-up table, print
and prompts and other functions. The system is preset with "octane number ~ compression ratio" inside, to achieve
automatic look-up table function, with wide compatibility, easy to upgrade.
20. Engine running pressure negative pressure meter can display in real time.
21. Engine power indication: digital screen display.
