Based on oxygen consumption principle of GB/T 25207-2010 "on the surface of material entity room burning fire test method standard is a reference to ISO 9705 the surface material full size room test writing standard of combustion test, the test method to simulate the corner fire scenario as a condition of standard test, and test the installation of the sample completely according to actual use, which is one of the most reliable standard test method.Due to the relatively complex sample quantity and test conditions required by this test, it is usually used in fire science research and to evaluate the combustion characteristics of materials that cannot be correctly evaluated by small size test.
The test equipment consists of four parts, including combustion chamber, flue gas collection and sample gas collection system, gas analysis and data processing system, and gas supply system.The test was conducted in a combustion chamber with a surface area of about 21m2 and a normally open door. The tested materials were installed in accordance with the actual usage.A right triangle sandbox burner is set at the corner and wall contact point in the room. The gas is propane gas. During the test, the gas flow should be controlled to 100kW 10 minutes before the standard heat output of the fire source.During a total of 20 minutes of test period, flashover will stop the test.The determination of the shock phenomenon can be determined by observation and the test curve of the heat release rate.
During the test, the indexes of heat release, heat release rate, smoke generation and smoke generation rate are mainly tested.
