Application of Micro rapid flash point tester
This GD-125 Micro rapid flash point tester is designed and manufactured according to SH/T 0768, ASTM D6450, ASTM D7094 standards. This closed cup flash point tester uses the closed cup method to determine the flash point of fuel oil, lubricating oil, solvent oil and other liquids.
Features of Rapid Flash Tester, Closed Cup
1. Portable design for field use.
2. The large color touch screen is easy to navigate and based on the Windows operating platform, its interface is intuitive and simple.
3. There is no open flame in the whole testing process, and there is no sample volatilization and evaporation loss.
4. Continuous closed cup design, automatic explosion detection and air supply control protection, prevent fire and smoke, and have reliable safety.
5. Using Peltier technology, the built-in electric heating and cooling technology can achieve rapid heating and cooling of the sample test, and accurately control the test temperature.
6. High flexibility, almost all flash point test methods can be simulated by this product, only need to modify the control parameters and heating rate, air intake and ignition, etc.
7. Automatic detection, with atmospheric pressure correction, real-time display of temperature and pressure curves and other functions.
8. It has user permission setting, custom flash point determination method, and hierarchical management functions for standard users
and advanced users.
9.The instrument is compatible with USB interface and printer, and realizes various network, computer and LIMS system access through LAN.
