Introduction:

The Auto Biodiesel Oxidation Stability Tester is manufactured in accordance with NB/SH/T 0873-2013 "Determination of Oxidation Stability of Biodiesel and Its Harmonic Fuels. Other applicable standards are as follows:

NB/SH/T 0825, EN14112, EN15751, EN16568, ISO6886, GB/T 21121.

The measurement principle of the instrument is that the sample is placed in a constant temperature aluminum heating block, and clean air is passed into the biodiesel sample, and the air flows through the sample into the measuring cell containing the absorption liquid and bubbling. The end of the induction period is accompanied by the production of a secondary reaction product, a volatile organic acid (mainly formic acid), which causes the conductivity in the measuring cell to accelerate. The conductivity of the absorbing liquid is recorded by the computer software, and the induction time is automatically obtained by automatically calculating the conductivity to the second-order differential maximum point of the time-varying curve.



Features:

1. The software automatically records the conductivity change curve and determines the induced inflection point by calculating the second derivative of the curve.
2. After the test is over, the results of the induction reaction time together with the test process curve will be stored in the database for the query.
3. In addition to measuring the induced reaction time, the software also allows the evaluation of the so-called settling time, that is the time required for the conductivity to reach a certain value.
4. The software can also re-evaluate each test curve. By setting the evaluation time range, a certain segment of the curve is selected for evaluation, so that some abnormal data segments due to cleaning, samples or other reasons can be avoided.
5. The database can store all test related data, including conductivity curve, induction reaction time, method used, test start and stop time, etc.
6. The test data can be queried by setting the query conditions.
7. The software also has the function of multi-curve comparison and curve analysis.
