Introduction:
The cone calorimeter is based on the oxygen consumption principle and uses the oxygen consumption principle to measure the heat release rate of the material. Features:
1. The cone calorimeter adopts a cabinet-type design. The analysis cabinet is movable and can be used for cone calorimeter testing. It can also be connected to large-scale heat release rate testing systems such as single combustion test devices and physical room fires. And cable combustion classification testing, in line with ISO 5660, ASTM E1354, GB/T16172 and other testing standards;
2. Integrated test body and 19-inch analysis cabinet with built-in PC-type 15-inch industrial touch screen computer for the entire control and testing process;
3. The cone heater has a rated power of 5000W, a heat output of 0~100kW/m2, and is controlled by a PID temperature controller. The radiant cone can be placed horizontally or vertically;
4. The sample box can hold samples up to 100mm x 100mm x 50mm;

9. Smoke density analysis uses a laser system to measure smoke density. The system consists of a photodiode, a helium-neon laser, a main detector and an auxiliary detector;
10. The exhaust system consists of a fan, a smoke hood, an exhaust pipe, an orifice flow meter, etc. The exhaust fan flow rate is adjustable from 0 to 50g/s, with an accuracy of 0.1g/s;
11. The annular sampler is installed in the air inlet duct 685 mm away from the smoke collecting hood. There should be 12 small holes on the sampler to homogenize the air flow components;
12. The temperature of the air flow is measured by a thermocouple installed in a closed node with a diameter of 1.6 mm. The thermocouple should be installed 100 mm above the flow measuring orifice plate;
13. Integrated gas pretreatment system, including sampling pump, filter, condenser, peristaltic pump, and moisture filter;
14. Condenser temperature: 0~5 degrees, diaphragm pump, flow rate: 3 l/min, pressure: 2.5bar;
15. Humidity alarm unit, when the moisture in the sample gas is too high, it can automatically alarm and communicate through the test software;
16. The flow alarm unit can automatically alarm when the smoke and dust in the sample gas are blocked, prompting you to replace the filter device;
17. Use the SB type heat flow meter with a design range of 0~100k W/m. The accuracy of the heat flow meter is ±3% and the repeatability is ±0.5%. A calibration report is attached;
18. Equipped with a portable water cooling system, when using the heat flow meter, the user does not need to connect to an external tap water source or equip a water pipe;
19. In order to calibrate the response of the entire test system, a methane calibration burner is used to measure the C-coefficient value;
20. The data acquisition system can automatically record the output of gas analyzers, orifice flow, thermocouples and other instruments;
21. Equipped with a software operating system, the test results include: heat release rate, flue gas flow rate, C coefficient, sample ignition time and extinction time, total oxygen consumption, total smoke generation, mass loss rate, total heat release, Effective combustion heat, carbon dioxide production and carbon monoxide production.
