Product Description

GD-6532 CRUDE OIL SALT CONTENT TESTER is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T6532 "Crude oil and its Products salt content determination Method", suitable for the determination of crude oil, top crude oil, cracking residue and fuel oil concentration of 0.002~0.02%(weight) of the total halide. It can also be used to judge the used turbine oil and Marine fuel oil pollution by sea water. When the required precision is not greater than the range specified in this method, it can also be used for other products.

Main Technical Features

1	GD-6532 Salt Content Analyzer is desktop structure. It is composed of main unit, control chamber and thermoregulation electric furnace. The main unit and control chamber are connected by a wire. The design is reasonable. Easy to use.
2	Main parts of extractor: 500ml flask (with heating wire and plug), condenser, dropping funnel can meet requirements of standard GB/T 6532.

Matters Attention

Special attention: the steam generated during the test is toxic, the test should be carried out in the fume hood!
1, the power supply must be effectively and reliably grounded.
2, glass piston, grinding mouth with the best coated with appropriate grease.
3, toxic gas discharge should be carried out in the ventilation cabinet.
4, in the extractor without adding experimental solution is strictly prohibited to boot!
5, in the case of power is strictly prohibited to plug the flask!!
