ISO 1716 Bomb Calorimeter for Building Material Fire Resistance Tester
What`s the scope of this product?
This document specifies a method for the determination of the gross heat of combustion (Q PCS ) of products at constant volume in a bomb calorimeter. This method is intended to be applied to solid products.
NOTE Liquids can be tested with similar equipment and using conditions described in ASTM D240 [1], as described in IEC 61039 [2] using ISO 1928 [3] test equipment.
Annex A specifies the calculation of the net heat of combustion, Q PCI when required. Information on the precision of the test method is given in Annex B.

Some features about it:
1. The apparatus includes a calorimeter apparatus, a high-pressure oxygen bomb, cold water installations, a computer and control system (which can record and display the curve), an LCD screen, and software.
2. The Crucible is made of stainless steel.
3. Box paint treatment; all internal parts are made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
4. Ignition wire break is the detection and automatic ignition.
5. The test procedure automatically turns off.
6. Test abnormalities have a sound alarm.
7. Computer control system: Control box with USB / RS232 serial port with an external brand desktop or laptop operating control; High degree of automation, test procedure safe and reliable, easy to operate.
