The Fully Automatic Cold Cranking Simulator mainly tests the low temperature dynamic viscosity index of engine oil.
The Automatic Cold Cranking Simulator is fully controlled by computer. The viscosity result is automatically calculated.
The Cold Cranking Simulator is currently the top CCS tester in China.

 

Product structure

Automated Cold-Cranking Simulator consists of a patented thermoelectrically-cooled rotor/stator with vacuum system and injection pump, 16 position sample table, a temperature verification kit, an integrated controller, a waste receiver, a recirculating cooler, proprietary software and a set of Cannon CL viscosity standards.

6. 12 samples are measured at a time, eliminating the need for operators to track operations randomly.
7. Automatic calculation of viscosity to provide more accurate data and test results files.
8. The cleaning process has a heating program to ensure thorough cleaning of the viscosity tank and improve the test accuracy.
9. Test time: The test time of each sample is about 10 minutes.
