The wireless high-voltage phase verifier calibration device is used to calibrate wireless high-voltage phase verifiers. A wireless high-voltage phase verifier is an instrument used to measure and verify phase differences in high-voltage power systems. It establishes a wireless connection with other devices and determines the phase difference by measuring the current and voltage in the power system. The wireless high-voltage phase verifier calibration device is employed to verify and calibrate the accuracy and reliability of the phase verifier, ensuring its proper operation in the power system. It typically provides precise calibration signals and reference values to calibrate the measurement results of the phase verifier and ensure consistency with actual phase differences. This device plays a crucial role in the maintenance and fault diagnosis of power systems, ensuring the accuracy of phase measurements and verifications. |
Item Detail |
1. The entire withstand voltage test system consists of an operating control console, two programmable frequency power supplies, two 200kV step-up transformers, and two 200kV capacitive voltage dividers. All the voltage boosting processes and readings are controlled and calculated by the control computer on the operating control console. 2. Prior to starting the test, the test mode, test voltage, and high voltage operating time are set on the computer software of the operating control console. 3. Once the test process is initiated, the computer on the operating control console sends a voltage boosting command to the programmable frequency power supplies to control their output voltage. The computer on the operating control console collects real-time low voltage arm output voltages from the two 200kV voltage dividers. 4. In the automatic voltage boosting mode, the wireless high-voltage phase verifier calibration device controls the phase difference between the two high voltages while the control voltage is increasing, ensuring the phase remains within the desired operating conditions during the voltage boosting process. 5. In the manual voltage boosting mode or when the automatic voltage boosting mode reaches the target value, the magnitudes of the two high voltages and the phase difference between them can be adjusted using the test control console. |
