Introduction:
UL 94 measures the combustion properties (after flame, afterglow) by burner (H-5025 UL tirrill burner) when the test sample combusts in the chamber's internal volume of 0.864m3 and is installed with an internal light to observe the specimen's properties and has a ventilating opening with emission fan to remove the combustion gas.
UL 94-AVH is equipped with an automatic specimen-moving system that protects the user from hazardous gases. Additionally, it has an auto burner moving system that meets the required test standards. The auto burner moving system is fitted with a goniometer which enables it to adjust the angle of the flame to the specimen at 0°, 20°, 30°, 45°, or 90°, as needed..
The equipment can be controlled and monitored with a control box and remote controller. Users can adjust the angle and check after flame and afterglow times during testing.
