Emulsified asphalt Load Wheel Rolling Tester
The loaded wheel test is intended to compact fine aggregate bituminous mixes such as slurry seal by means of a rubber tyred reciprocating wheel. The test may be used for design purposes to establish maximum limits of asphalt content and enable the mix designer to avoid severe asphalt flushing under heavy traffic loads.
Various accessory measurements may also be made during this test to study compaction rates and plastic deformation of mono and multiple layered bituminous mixture specimens..

II. Main technical features
1. The Loaded Wheel Tester is a floor structure, the structure design of the instrument, and test apparatus of the specifications of the size are accord with the requirement of T0755 standard. The design is novel, the structure is stable, and the use is convenient.
2. Mechanical transmission part design with safety protection device to prevent misidentification of the operator, safe and reliable.
3. Rolling frequency set by the operator in advance, when testing instrument automatic counting at work, until the count value is equal to the set point count stop, the instrument stop working.
