This Centrifugal Machine is applicable to the asphalt dosage detection during the construction of the hot -babes asphalt mixture to evaluate the product quality of the mixing and the factory; it is also suitable for the asphalt dosage of asphalt mixture during the old road survey. The asphalt solution extracted with this instrument can be used to recover asphalt to evaluate the aging nature of asphalt.
This instrument is a fast detection equipment that is separated from the asphalt in the asphalt mixture by high -speed rotation. The on -site rapid testing of manufacturers and construction units can be widely used in road traffic engineering departments and relevant colleges and universities to detect asphalt mixed materials, asphalt content, and oil -stackers.
This Centrifugal Machine is mainly composed of bases, speed -regulating motors, sample containers, centrifugal separators, control panels, braking devices and shock absorption devices. When working, the motor directly drives the centrifugal separator to rotate at a high speed, so that the centrifugal force in the centrifugal separator is separated from the filter paper, which is completely separated from the asphalt and minerals to determine the asphalt content.
