Introduction:

The Asphalt Centrifuge Extractor is used to determine bitumen percentage in asphalt paving mixtures by extracting bitumen using specified solvents. 

The Automatic Centrifugal Extractor is designed and made refer to the requirements of  T 0722-1993 "Asphalt Content Test in Centrifugal Mixture (Centrifugal Separation Method)" in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Testing Rules for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures of Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China.

The centrifugation speed is increased, it adopts computer control technology to automatically extract the asphalt components in the asphalt mixture, quickly determine the oil-stone ratio of the asphalt mixture, and the aggregate is preliminarily sieved.
