Introduction:
Non-combustibility apparatus is developed according to the ISO 1182 and the GB/T 5464 building materials non-combustible test method. It is mainly used in the non-combustible test method of building materials, which is suitable for testing the burning performance grading of the GB8624 combustion performance grading of building materials GB8624. The non-combustible test furnace can be applied to composite products but also tests separately for each component material that forms the product. This test instrument can also be used to use the standard for BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP PART 1 standard, which is used in the fire test of British architectural materials, railway locomotive materials, and shipped non-metal products.

Main Feature:
1. Adopt automated design schemes, combined with PID temperature controller and thyristor technology, reasonably switch between the temperature controller and power controller, adjust the temperature of the furnace body, and stabilize the furnace body temperature.
2. The entire temperature balance mode has been improved and optimized based on the British FTT non-flammable test furnace. No user intervention is required. It can automatically control the PID temperature control mode and switch to power control mode. It is reasonable to control the temperature and be strict at the same time. It meets the test criteria.
3. The radiation furnace is heated to 750 ± 5 degrees by wrapping the external wall of the radiation pipe to 750 ± 5 degrees. Through the thermal radiation sample, the sample is tested to have a longer service life;
4. In the non-combustible furnace of the building materials, place the furnace, the sample center, and the surface of the sample surface, respectively, and the thermocouple is an American Omega product. It has a longer service life. 5. Equipped with the thermocouple in the furnace, you can calibrate the temperature of the temperature in the furnace according to the test standard. The testing device is equipped with the amount of moving up and down to achieve the height of the thermocouple in the furnace to the required height. At the same time, in computer software, the average point can be calculated on each point to obtain a standard temperature curve.
6. Equipped with a 360-degree -rotating and lifting thermocouple scanning device, you can calibrate the temperature of the furnace wall and equip testing software to detect whether the temperature of the furnace wall meets the standard requirements.
7. Stainless steel inverted air stabilizer and cylindrical drainage cover are treated with Telloraz to avoid testing the erosion of flue gas.
8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, which can control the furnace temperature in the stage so that the radiation furnace has a longer test life.
9. Data collection and analysis software and software can automatically output test reports through the computer.
