Introduction:
27 cubic meter wire and cable smoke density test box, according to IEC 61034, BS 6853, GB/T17651.1~2 test standards, mainly used in wire and cable and optical cable smoke density performance test. During the test, when the smoke is generated, the optical transmittance is constantly changed through the smoke-blocking optical path, and then the minimum transmittance value and the test time to reach the minimum transmittance are obtained.

Feature:
1. Test box of smoke density box:
a. The internal dimension of the box is 3000mm X 3000mm X 3000mm, and the total internal volume is 27 cubic meters;
b. SUS 304 stainless steel is used inside the box, and the outside is treated with iron plastic spray. Due to the continuous release of corrosive gases during the combustion test, the inner wall of the box is treated with a Teflon dark color, which can not only resist the corrosion of corrosive gases but also avoid the failure of test results due to the reflection of light during the test.
c, the test box is equipped with a laboratory door and an observation window, so that the user can observe the state of the combustion chamber;
d. Transparent glass plates are installed on the left and right walls, and light sources and optical receiving devices can be installed on both sides respectively;

2. Smoke density test box measurement and data acquisition:

3. Optical technical parameters of smoke density test box:
