Non-Combustibility Apparatus

Introduction:


The non-combustibility test furnace is developed according to ISO 1182 and GB/T 5464 non-combustibility test method of building materials. It is mainly used in the non-combustibility test method of building materials, and is suitable for testing the combustion performance classification of A-class fireproof materials in the combustion performance classification of building materials GB8624.
The non-combustibility test furnace can be used not only for composite products, but also for testing the components of the product separately. This test instrument can also be used to test BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP Part 1 standards, which are used in the UK Fire testing of building materials, railway locomotive materials, and ship non-metallic products.

Product Details:

1. Adopt the automatic design scheme, cooperate with the use of PID temperature controller and thyristor technology, through the reasonable switching between the temperature controller and the power controller, the temperature of the furnace body is adjusted and the temperature of the furnace body is stabilized;
2. The entire temperature balance mode is improved and optimized on the basis of the British FTT non-combustibility test furnace, without manual intervention by the user, it can automatically switch from the PID temperature control mode to the power control mode;
3. The radiation furnace is heated to 750±5 degrees by the resistance band wound on the outer wall of the radiant tube, and the sample is tested through the heat radiation sample. The resistance band provided is a Swedish Kanthal product and has a longer service life ;
4. In the non-combustible furnace of building materials, thermocouples are placed in the furnace, the center of the sample and the surface of the sample. The thermocouples are American OMEGA products and have a longer service life. The temperatures of these three points are monitored separately, and the following indicators can be detected : Average temperature rise in the furnace, average temperature rise on the surface of the sample, average temperature rise in the center of the sample;
5. Equipped with a thermocouple in the furnace, the temperature in the furnace can be calibrated at each point according to the test standard. The test device is equipped with a measuring tool that moves up and down to adjust the thermocouple in the furnace to the required height; at the same time, in the computer software , the average value of each point can be calculated to obtain a standard temperature curve.
6. Equipped with a 360-degree rotatable and liftable thermocouple scanning device, which can calibrate the temperature of the furnace wall, and is equipped with testing software to detect whether the temperature of the furnace wall meets the standard requirements;
7. The stainless steel inverted conical air stabilizer and cylindrical shroud are all treated with Teflon to avoid the erosion of test flue gas;
8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, which can control the temperature of the furnace body in stages, so that the radiation furnace has a longer test life;
9. Data acquisition and analysis software software, which can automatically output test report
s through the computer.
