Two Clips- There are two holes in the clips. These holes are used to fix the mold in the testing machine. One clip is attached to the fixed end while the other is to the moving end.
The ductility test of bitumen is carried out in two steps
Sample Preparation: In this step, the bitumen sample is filled in the briquette mould after melting it.

1. If stretching the module shaft, it does not move, please turn off the power supply, avoid the danger. Please check the stretching switch, press button, motor connect wire, and confirm all of them are OK, and then start the tester again.
2. If the temperature display is not stable, please do as following steps:
Please check the sensor, if the resistance is about 100 Ω while the temperature is 0ºC. It is no problem.
Please check the sensor connect wire, and all of them are ok, please send the controller back factory and repaired.
3. If the water bath temperature is not up to the precision ±0.5ºC, please do as following steps:
At first to check the water circulation system, pump, and then the water, if the water is not clean and with impurity, please change it..
Second to check the filtering net for temperature senor, keep it with flow water.
4. If the pump runs in trouble, please stop it, to check the filtering net, and then clean it.
5. If the voltage of power supply is below than 210 V, the system will be destroyed, so please keep the power supply stable and in standard voltage.
6. If the tester will be not in service long time, please pour the water out completely, and take the pipe out, let the water and air in pump out.
