The 10kV/12kV C & Tan Delta Test Set Transformer Dissipation Factor Tester offers exceptional testing stability. The dielectric loss and capacitance values remain consistent. It avoids interference from power frequency test voltages by performing digital filtering. This ensures stable and reliable test data.

The GDGS C & Tan Delta Test Set breaks away from traditional bridge measurement methods. It utilizes frequency conversion power supply technology, a microcontroller, and modern electronics for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data calculations. This results in strong anti-interference capabilities, fast testing speeds, high precision, fully automated digital operation, and ease of use. The power supply uses a high-power switching supply to output pure 45Hz and 55Hz sine waves with automatic voltage regulation up to 10kV. It automatically filters 50Hz interference, making it suitable for substations and other electromagnetically noisy environments.

The inter-frequency C & Tan Delta Test Set can effectively detect overall moisture deterioration, insulation degradation, and local defects in electrical equipment. It is used for testing transformer windings, bushings, dielectric loss, current transformers, voltage transformers, capacitive voltage transformers, circuit breakers, high voltage switches, shunt capacitors, and coupling capacitors. It finds wide application in electrical engineering, equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive testing.

The instrument utilizes a sophisticated current method to measure capacitance, dielectric loss, and other parameters, providing precise and easily automated measurements.

It adopts frequency conversion technology to eliminate 50Hz power frequency interference on-site, ensuring reliable data measurement in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.

Featuring a large-screen LCD display, the instrument offers an intuitive test process that is easy to operate through Chinese character menu prompts.

Operation is straightforward, with the measurement process controlled by a microprocessor, allowing for automatic data measurement under microprocessor control.

It is an integrated model with a standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply for on-site testing, reducing the need for field wiring.

With high measurement accuracy, the instrument meets oil dielectric loss measurement requirements, requiring only a standard oil cup and special test line for oil dielectric loss measurement.

It includes a CVT test function, enabling CVT self-excitation testing without external accessories. In a single test, C1, C2 capacitance, and dielectric loss are all measured.

Reverse wiring tests employ ivddv technology, eliminating instability in reverse wiring data.

Featuring a grounding protection function, the instrument prevents operation without proper grounding. It also has overcurrent protection, safeguarding the instrument from damage if the sample is shorted or breaks down.

An electrical protection function immediately cuts off the high voltage if the instrument operator accidentally touches an electric power source, ensuring the safety of testing personnel.
