Introduction:
The Density Determinations Apparatus is designed and made as per standards GB/T 1884-2000 Crude petroleum and liquid petroleum products - Laboratory determination of density - Hydrometer method and ASTM D1298 Standard Test Method for Density, Relative Density(Specific Gravity),or API Gravity of Crude Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products by Hydrometer Method.
The Digital Density Meter is used to determine the density of crude petroleum and liquid petroleum.

 

Features:
1. The Astm D1298 Petroleum Density Meter Densitometer is a kind of all-in-one machine. The control box adopts humanized design. The control switch adopts light-touch mode. It's structure is simple and compact. Easy to operate.
2. The Specific Gravity Meter Hydrometer adopts intelligent LCD temperature controller. The control rate is fast and overstrike is small. The temperature control can reach ±0.2ºC.
3. The Liquid Petroleum Density Tester equips a hard glass vessel and electric stirrer. The temperature in vessel is uniform. Easy to observe the sample.
4.This instrument is composed of bathtub, bath cover, electrical controller, temperature controller, Motor-driving stirring device, Electrical heater, density measuring flask and holder, petroleum oil densimeter, thermoeter etc;
5.Ambient temperature: -10ºC ~ +40ºC; the temperature should not change for more than ±2ºC;
6.It is made of sealed stainless steel tube, providing heat for the constant ttemperature bath.

This instrument is composed of bathtub, bath cover, electrical controller,temperature controller, Motor-driving stirring device, Electrical heater, density measuring flask and holder, petroleum oil densimeter, thermoeter etc.

The motor stirring device. Input power: 25W, output power: 6w, rotation: 1200r/min, stirring balde:Ф50mm(Both the heating and stirring are proceeded in a protecting cover). It guarantee the constant temperature in the bath.

The LCD digital temperature controller.The sensor(Pt100)sends the signal to the temperature regulator. It automatically control the heating power of the electrical heater. At the same time, the display shows the temperature in the bathtub.
4. Bathtub and bath cover
The bathtub is made of hard glass. There are tow holes for the density meauring flask and its holder on the bath cover. It enable to test two samples at the same time. There is a spare hole for the low temperature test.
