The contact heat resistance test device is developed according to theISO12127 ,EN702 test standard and meets the domestic AQ 6103-2007 contact heat resistance test standard requirements for welder protective gloves. The test results can display the contact temperature, start measurement time, threshold time, etc. The principle is to measure that the protective fabric contacts the heating cylinder while bearing a pressure of 49N at the set contact temperature, and its temperature rises 10°C from the initial temperature. The time is called the threshold time, and its length is used to evaluate the thermal protection performance of the protective fabric.
