The fully automatic kinematic viscometer is a fully automatic instrument for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque Newtonian fluids, designed and manufactured according to ASTM D445, D446, ISO3104, GB/T265, and GB/T30515 standards. This instrument has functions such as automatic intelligent preheating, automatic injection, automatic testing, and automatic cleaning and drying of samples, and its performance is comparable to similar imported instruments.

Features

1. Equipped with a 16 bit sample tray, it can work continuously for 24 hours. The intelligent preheating, injection, measurement, cleaning, drying, result calculation, and repeatability calculation of samples are all automatically completed.
2. By using photoelectric or thermal detection, transparent and opaque samples can be measured, including Newtonian fluids such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, cutting fluid, thermal oil, additives, lubricants, new oils, and in use oils.
3. Equipped with PTC sample intelligent preheating function, it can automatically control the preheating temperature according to the preset test target temperature of the tested sample, with a preheating temperature range between room temperature and 120 ºC; The preheating rate is 15 ºC/minute, which greatly reduces the constant temperature time of the sample during testing.
4. Built in Peltier refrigeration system, directly using constant temperature bath solution as refrigerant, rapidly cooling down.
5. The application of bath liquid level adaptive balance technology (patent number: ZL 2020 2 1531117. X) is suitable for large-span adjustment of testing temperature, automatically increasing or decreasing the constant temperature medium during the temperature rise and fall process, and maintaining the immersion depth of the viscosity tube unchanged.
