Introduction:
The radiation panel Flame Spread tester uses gas thermal radiation panels to assess the flammability of building surface materials (ASTM E162) and plastic foam (ASTM D3675). The flame spread index (IS) is calculated according to the standards such as flame spread and heat dissipation. The index is crucial for a variety of industry regulations, especially in public transport areas such as trains and buses. The software efficiently handles the data collection and analysis tasks.

Features:
1. The porous ceramic gas radiation plate is 12*18in (305*457mm), and the silicon carbide igniter is used for ignition;
2. Stainless steel sample holder, with observation points set every 3 inches to observe the spread of the flame front;

5. Pyrometer, to measure the surface temperature of the radiation plate, including the holder;

12. The blower provides air, the gas volume is stable, and the Venturi mixes the gas and air into the combustion chamber;
13. The analog input module is used to collect the thermocouple voltage signal;
14. The computer communicates with the acquisition module and processes the signal.
