UL 94 Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester

 

IntroductionWhen a test sample burns in a chamber with an internal volume of 0.864 m3, the GD-UL94 Horizontal and Vertical Burner Tester measures the combustion properties (after flame, after glow) by burner (H-5025 UL tirrill burner) and has an internal light installed to observe the specimen's properties. It also has a ventilating opening with an emission fan to remove the combustion gas.
The GD-UL94 Horizontal and Vertical Burner Tester has an automatic specimen moving system that guards against hazardous gas exposure and an automatic burner moving system that satisfies all test requirements. This automatic burner moving system contains a goniometer, allowing it to adjust the flame's angle with respect to the specimen (0, 20, 30, 45, or 90 degrees).
