The Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter is designed and made as per the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T213-2008 "Test Methods for Calorific Value of coal", GB/T384-1988 "Test Methods for Calorific Value of Petroleum Products" and Calibration Regulation of People's Republic of China JJG672-2001 "Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter", as well as Company Standard of Shanghai Q/YXYY 10 "XRY Series Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter".
The Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter adopts high precision temperature sensor and high-power A/D converter, and uses single chip microprocessor to form an intelligent temperature data collection and transfer system. It uses microcomputer to form an automatic, convenient, rapid, and intelligent instrument. If the user operates the instrument carefully and input all kinds of parameters correctly, the desired measurement data will be getted. The instrument can be widely used to determine the calorific value of materials such as coal, oil, coke, paraffin and other combustible materials etc. It is an ideal option of the thermoelectricity, metallurgical, cement, chemical industries, scientific research institutes, college and universities.
1) The oxygen bomb calorimeter adopts a self sealed oxygen bomb, and the structure is entirely made of stainless steel. Its strength is sufficient to withstand the maximum pressure generated by solid combustion (70-60 ATM), and it can also withstand the high pressure generated by liquid fuel.
2) The inner tube of the instrument is made of stainless steel sheet, pear cutting section, and a 3000 gram water bucket. The water tank is equipped with an electric stirrer to ensure uniform temperature of the inner tube water bath.
3) The external water jacket oxygen bomb calorimeter is a double-layer container. During the test, it is filled with water and the temperature of the cylinder is uniform through a water jacket mixer, forming a test requirement that meets the constant temperature environment.

- Bomb Calorimeter :An apparatus primarily used for measuring heats of combustion. The reaction takes place in a closed space known as the calorimeter proper, in controlled thermal contact with its surroundings, the jacket, at constant temperature. This set, together with devices for temperature measurement, heating, cooling, and stirring comprise the calorimeter. The calorimeter proper is usually a metal can with a tightly fitting lid containing water, stirred continually, in which the bomb itself is situated. It consists of a sealed heavy-walled container in which the reactants are allowed to react, under constant volume conditions, following the ignition of the combustible matter in an oxygen atmosphere. Gases at high pressures are frequently used, hence the name.
