ASTM D445 Low Temperature Kinematic Viscosity Tester
The low temperature kinematic viscosity bath is designed and made according to GB/T265 Standard Petroleum products kinematic viscosity test method for the determination of low temperature kinematic viscosity of petroleum products.
Low temperature kinematic viscometer is an instrument specifically used to measure the kinematic viscosity of liquids in low-temperature environments. Kinematic viscosity is a measure of fluid resistance to flow, and for liquids used under low temperature conditions, such as lubricants and fuels used in winter, their low-temperature kinematic viscosity is a key performance indicator. This instrument can help us accurately evaluate the fluidity of these liquids at low temperatures, ensuring that they can work properly in practical applications and avoiding problems such as difficult equipment start-up and poor fluidity caused by high viscosity.

1. In order to achieve the required experimental temperature test, use two refrigerant and circulatory system composed of cascade refrigeration, to meet the evaporation press at a lower evaporation temperature appropriate evaporation, as the two refrigerant condensation in the same "Evaporative condenser"to complete, and this equipment and the external environment with thermal insulation material isolation. This results in a lower evaporation temperature and refrigeration. When the temperature inside the bath is lower than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the temperature controller automatically outputs the signal and drives the heater through the solid state relay to achieve the purpose of constant temperature.
2. The Low Temperature Kinematic Viscosity Bath is mainly composed of the refrigeration system, control system, measurement system and other components.
3. Refrigeration system: high-temperature units, low-temperature units, temperature relays, filters, cold head (input evaporator) and other components. Using the international advanced compressor cascade refrigeration technology. Low freezing point of the media as a refrigerant, with cooling speed, cooling temperature and other advantages.
4. Control system: It consists of stirrer, digital temperature controller, heater, sensor, cold bath and temperature control circuit. The bath temperature is realized by thermal balance, which has the advantages of fast response and high temperature control accuracy.
5. Measuring system: Capillary viscometer, clamp cover and other components, the clamp cover with leveling function, this device can reduce the experimental error, improve the accuracy of the experiment.
1. The temperature of the constant temperature bath is controlled by a temperature controller, which compensates for the cooling and heating parts to achieve thermal equilibrium and maintain a certain degree of accuracy in controlling the bath temperature.
2. The top of the constant temperature bath is equipped with an LED lighting device, which makes the scale of the capillary viscometer in the constant temperature bath clearer and the reading more convenient.
3. This instrument can simultaneously install two samples for testing. The constant temperature bath is equipped with a stirring motor to ensure uniform temperature throughout the entire bath.
