Product Description

The low temperature kinematic viscosity bath is designed and made according to GB/T265 Standard Petroleum products kinematic viscosity test method for the determination of low temperature kinematic viscosity of petroleum products.

Principle

Structure and Principle:

1. In order to achieve the required experimental temperature test, use two refrigerant and circulatory system composed of cascade refrigeration, to meet the evaporation press at a lower evaporation temperature appropriate evaporation, as the two refrigerant condensation in the same "Evaporative condenser"to complete, and this equipment and the external environment with thermal insulation material isolation. This results in a lower evaporation temperature and refrigeration. When the temperature inside the bath is lower than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the temperature controller automatically outputs the signal and drives the heater through the solid state relay to achieve the purpose of constant temperature.
2. The Low Temperature Kinematic Viscosity Bath is mainly composed of  the refrigeration system, control system, measurement system and other components.
3. Refrigeration system: high-temperature units, low-temperature units, temperature relays, filters, cold head (input evaporator) and other components. Using the international advanced compressor cascade refrigeration technology. Low freezing point of the media as a refrigerant, with cooling speed, cooling temperature and other advantages.
4. Control system: It consists of stirrer, digital temperature controller, heater, sensor, cold bath and temperature control circuit. The bath temperature is realized by thermal balance, which has the advantages of fast response and high temperature control accuracy.
5. Measuring system: Capillary viscometer, clamp cover and other components, the clamp cover with leveling function, this device can reduce the experimental error, improve the accuracy of the experiment.
Procedure

Operational Procedures:

1. After open the box, please click on the packing list inventory accessories are complete, with or without damage. If the accessories are damaged, please contact with our company in time.
2. The instrument should be handled vertically, the tilt along the height of the instrument is not more than 30 degrees, installed in the ventilation and protection from light, and the wall distance of 0.2 meters. Placement should be stable, or vibration and noise should be increased.
3. Please read the manual carefully, in order to be familiar with the instrument's operating procedures and precautions.
4. The instrument placed in a smooth, Dewar flask into the refrigerant medium (usually 99% purity of ethanol), the height of Dewar bottle from the mouth about 40mm. Put the cooler screw into the Dewar flask, cover it, and screw it on.
5. Plug the thermometer, sensors, and sensors, heaters, mixing motor plug into the back of the instrument socket.
6. The input refrigeration instrument and detector power access AC220V 15A outlet, be careful that there must be a good grounding wire.
7. First open the tester power switch, temperature control switch, stirring switch, stirring motor at this time, the temperature control circuit to work. Temperature controller shows the temperature inside the bath. Set the temperature and temperature control related operations, please refer to the temperature controller manual.
8. Then turn on the refrigerator power switch, refrigeration switch, the instrument can automatically cool, and the temperature at the set temperature.
9. Install the viscometer, press and hold the lid of the button, the lid below the arc shrapnel will be loose, insert the viscometer, release the button, the viscometer will be firmly gripped. Small button on the lid can also rotate, used to adjust the arc of the shrapnel, is conducive to better clamping. The clamp cover also has three evenly distributed screws to adjust the level.
10. The specific experimental steps, please refer to GB / T265 experimental method.
11. On shut down, first turn off the refrigeration switch refrigeration system, and then turn off the power switch. Then turn off the tester temperature control switch, stirring switch, power switch.
12. Refrigeration system to start again should be more than 30 minutes intervals.
