Introduction:
- Smoke Box (Smoke Density Chamber) measures the optical density of smoke generated from a test sample when a test sample of a certain thickness is exposed to a heat source(2.5W/cm2, 2KW/m2 using by ASTM E 662 furnace) or fire in a chamber.

- The smoke Density Tester is satisfied with standards ASTM E 662, BS6401, ISO 5659, NES 711, NEPA 258, etc.

- Using ISO 5659 conical radiant heat furnace, We can change the heating condition from 10KW/m2 to 5KW/m2 or 70kW/m2 according to different requirements.

- In the test of NES 711, there are non-flaming tests and flaming tests in test conditions different from ASTM E 662. This test method is increasingly used in interior material of rolling stock, low-power incombustible cable interior film, etc.

Features:
1. The tester consists of the cabinet, sample case, radiation cone, ignition, light and measuring devices, and other relevant control device components.
2. The structural design and control design consider ergonomics. The test box is with a full door design approach, a lock design for easy one-time close doors, and optimized operational processes.
3. The test has a fully opened door for easy loading and unloading of samples and cleaning of the box. The combustion chamber internal size: wide (914mm + 3mm) x deep (914mm + 3mm) x high (610mm + 3mm).
4. The front door hinge installation with Windows and window has blocked the activity window opaque visor to prevent light from entering the sealed box.
5. The up-and-down optical window is 75mm.
6. The controller is located on the side of the box, easy to operate. When the door is closed, does not affect the view controller.
