Advantages of Rolling Thin Film Oven
1,It has an air machine which can supply required air during the test. The air flows through the flow meter measurement panel into the copper coils of the oven preheating ventilation, then injected into the sample bottle in the wheel.
2,The heating device lies in the bottom of the oven studio with the forced convection method to heat air . Heating element is tile heating wire, uniform distribution, ensure the high speed response. Sample preparation
1, Samples in the test shall be no water. When heat the bottle with a loose lid of the samples, the temperature should be not more than 150 oC in the oven. After heating sample completely flow, mix it and avoid to form bubbles.
2, Put 35 g + /-0.5 g sample in each shrinkage-mouth bottle. The number of sample is determined by the analyzing test required
3, Place the sample bottles immediately at level, don't make it flow or disturb, put the sample bottles in room temperature, ventilation and dry place cooling for 60 ~ 180 min.
4, If it need to measure weight changes, it should be weighed the two labeled sample bottles first. Calculate the weight of the sample can be accurate to 0.001 g.
