En 14112 and En 15751 Oxidation Stability Test Apparatus


Introduction:
Oxidation stability is a chemical reaction resulting from the combination of lubricating oil and oxygen. The oxidation rates are elevated by increased temperatures, water, acids, and catalysts. This oxidation leads to an increase in oil viscosity and sludge accumulation. Oxidation stability analyzers are utilized in the petrochemical, materials, and food science industries. Key considerations include pressure range, type of detector, sample volume, display type, and footprint. Oxidation stability of biodiesel fuels and blends using the Rancimat and PetroOXY methods.

The Oxidation Stability Test Apparatus is used to determine the oxidation stability of biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters, or FAME for short) and biodiesel blends.Also suitable for Oxidation Stability of Vegetable and Animal Oils and Fats.

  9. Each measurement is stored in the database. The data related to the curve and the data related to the entire method can be called at any time. Even after a long period of time, you can still apply the measurement points in the previous measurement to the current experiment .
