Steps:
1. Clamp the capillary to be cleaned with a capillary holder, put it into a constant temperature bathtub, and connect the cleaning tubes to the three ports of the capillary respectively. The cleaning tube in the middle has a variable diameter joint, which is suitable for capillary tubes of different thicknesses.
2. Turn on the working power of the instrument and adjust the temperature of the constant temperature water bath.
3. Turn on the working state of the vacuum suction device, and adjust the vacuum gauge of the suction device to between 0.08 and 0.1.
4. Press the cleaning button, the instrument will automatically enter the cleaning and drying working procedure, and press the reset button to stop working.
5. Press the drying button, the instrument will automatically enter the drying process, and press the reset button to stop working.
6. During the cleaning and drying process, if you find that the capillary is not cleaned, you can start the cleaning or drying button to clean or dry again.
