Product Introduction
The Single Burning Instrument (SBI) measures the performance of building materials (excluding floor materials) under the heat attack of single combustion. The sample is placed in the flame in the sliding box (methane sandbox combustion box), under the exhaust pipe. The reaction of the sample under combustion is monitored by both machine and naked eye. The heat and smoke release rate are detected by instruments, and the performance of the object is evaluated by observation.
The sample is placed on a mobile cart located under the exhaust system, and the combustion reaction of the sample can be automatically displayed and visualized. Mechanically, the combustion characteristics are evaluated by calculating the heat release rate (H.R.R) and the smoke release rate (S.R.R), while other physical characteristics are evaluated by visual observation. In the measurement range of SBl, the fire growth rate index (FIGRA) is the most representative measurement factor; in addition, representative measurement factors include oxygen consumption, CO, CO2 generation, smoke growth rate index (SMOGRA), etc. The maximum heat release rate can reach 1MW.

Structure:
1. Structural design and control design integrating ergonomics;
2. The equipment consists of combustion chamber, trolley, smoke exhaust pipe, gas supply system, control system and data processing system;
3. Combustion chamber size: 3m X 3m X2.4 m, the wall is composed of heat-resistant bricks, stone boards and calcium silicate boards.
Ignition system
·10kV spark igniter, equipped with a safety stop device. The igniter is automatically positioned by a lever connected to the closing mechanism. The Japanese kofloc mass flowmeter controls the input flow, with a range of 0g/s~2.3g/s, and a reading accuracy of 1% within 0.6g/s~2.3g/s; it is equipped with a flame failure automatic alarm device, which is safe and reliable.
Gas sampling system

·Oxygen concentration analysis: equipped with German ABB original brand paramagnetic oxygen analyzer, 02 measurement range 0-25%, linear deviation <1%. The analyzer response time does not exceed 4s
·Configured with German ABB original brand CO2 analysis: infrared CO2 analyzer, CO2 measurement range: 0-10%, linear deviation: <±1%. The analyzer response time does not exceed 2.5s; the maximum resolution of the analyzer output is 100X10-6;
·Smoke density analysis: Use incandescent light system to measure smoke density, color temperature 2900±100K; current fluctuation range ±0.5%; smoke density value linear output; and with time compensation function; imported photocell module to measure smoke density;
·U.S. imported pressure sensor range 0~100Pa; accuracy is +2pad; the response time of 90% output of pressure sensor is up to 1s computer control system
