The Oil Demulsibility Bath is designed and made as per standards GB/T7305 Petroleum oils and synthetic fluids--Determination of demulsibility characteristics, GB/T7605 Determination of demulsibility characteristics of turbine oils in service and ASTM D1401 Standard Test Method for Water Separability of Petroleum Oils and Synthetic Fluids. The Demulsibility Tester is suitable to determine the water separability of petroleum oils and synthetic fluids. It can be widely used in fields of petroleum, electricity, chemical industry , colleges and scientific research institutions.Petroleum testing is the analysis during upstream, midstream, and downstream production processes of petroleum products. It is most commonly used to test petroleum product, its product components, byproducts of crude oil, fuel, natural gas, upstream oil and gas and other formats of petroleum.

Sample preparation:
1. Clean the measuring cylinder with cleaning solvent, and then further clean the measuring cylinder with chromic acid washing solution, tap water and distilled water in turn until there is no water drop on the inner wall of the measuring cylinder.
2. Use absorbent cotton and tweezers to clean the stirring rod and vane in petroleum ether and absolute ethanol, and blow dry. At the same time, pay attention not to bend the stirring rod in the cleaning process.
3. Take 40 ml of sample and 40 ml of distilled water respectively, put the distilled water into the measuring cylinder first, and then slowly pour the sample into the measuring cylinder along the wall of the measuring cylinder. During the operation, try to avoid bubbles in the sample.
4. After the sample is loaded, the measuring cylinder is still for 3min ~ 5min.
