Product Description

The ASTM D5025 standard vertical burning test device is a device used to test the combustion performance of materials, and its application range includes plastics, rubber, coatings, textiles and other materials. The equipment meets the requirements of ASTM D5025 standard, can understand the combustion performance of the test material, and provide reliable test data.

 The equipment adopts a vertical combustion method, and the test sample is placed in the combustion chamber. Under the specified flame height, the combustion test time is 15 seconds. By observing the combustion performance of the sample during combustion, including flame propagation speed, burning time and complete burning time and other indicators to evaluate the combustion performance of the sample.

•The whole test system is: movable type. When measuring the temperature, it is placed in the test box and the temperature is measured.
Control System:

•PLC is equipped with a touch screen intelligent control system to realize automatic control of the test process.
•Customers can set the test time freely;
•Two test modes: horizontal burning and vertical burning
•Experimental data system automatically calculates and stores.
