ISO 1182 Non-combustibility Tester for Building Materials

 

   Introduction:   

Non-Combustibility Tester measures incombustibility and combustibility of uniform building material and non-uniform building material of actual element.

The evaluations (results) are rising temperature in the furnace, basic mass loss, and ignition of the specimen.

It fully satisfies ISO 1182, BS 476-4, BS 476-11, ASTM E 136 as international standards at the same time.

This equipment uses a module-type temperature controller to be stable over 60 minutes in the furnace condition of 750±5ºC and meets precise test results.

And another advantage is the automatic up-down specimen movement device for accurate results as well as a user-friendly process. Thus, it doesn't matter who is test-users.

RS 232C communication and Data Acquisition Board is able to be accurate Interface of test values, so the user can test the whole function and test by PC easily and automatically.

Feature:   

1. The heating furnace: Φ95 mm × Φ75 mm × 150 mm.
2. 3 mm×0.2 m Ni 80% Cr 20% resistance band.
3. The air cover: Φ75 mm × 500 mm.
4. Thermocouple: insulated nickel-chromium-nickel aluminum armored Φ3 mm/Φ0.3 mm.
5. Power controller: TP25A.
6. Thermometer: 0~1000ºC±5%. Temperature measurement accuracy is ±0.5%.
7. High degree of automation, safe and reliable testing process, convenient operation.
8. The sample device is automatically raised and lowered by the motor, so the operation is safe and reliable.
9. Using high-quality strip heaters, the furnace temperature can rise to 900 ºC, and the temperature drift in the furnace: ≤ 2 ºC within 10 min.
10. The programmable controller (PLC) uses modern electronic devices to automate the heating process, which greatly extends the life of the furnace:
      1) The thyristor adjusts the voltage, and the PLC output signal controls the heating voltage to be 0-110VAC, eliminating the influence of voltage fluctuations on temperature.
      2) PLC and solid-state relays realize PID control heating to ensure that the temperature rises evenly to 750±1ºC, and the temperature rises from room temperature to 750ºC≤45min; the maximum deviation of relative average temperature: ≤10ºC within 10min.
      3) Equipped with a laptop computer, which can realize control parameter setting and display/experimental data acquisition and storage/screen monitoring/real-time temperature curve display/historical curve and data query.
11. With sound alarm and alarm accident display function.
12. The experiment report and experiment curve can be printed freely, no additional printer is required.
