Instrument structure:Operation:
(1) Preparation stage:Turn off the air switch. Set heating temperature and blending time(Please operate as 6.1). Operator shall add materials and starts the blend when the actual temperature reaches the set temperature.
(2) Blending stage:Add the prepared materials into the pot. Press Start button the paddle will rotate and the pot will rise. Blending begins. When it reaches the blend time the blend will stop and the pot will return to home position. The blending finished. (Special attention: It is prohibited to press Start button during blending procedure). If materials need to be added in during the blending procedure, operator can pour it in from port for adding materials.
(3) Materials out stage:Rotate the handle inside and turn over forward. Use the shovel to make the materials out. Then push the handle to home position. If continuous blending is needed, operator can do circulatory work from (2) Blending stage
(4) Special situation:If the power cuts during operation and power switch shall be turned off, operator can make the pot lowered down to lower dead center manually(Insert the crank to the hole on the back of the bottom. Rotate it at right direction to make the pot lowered down to lower dead center.After that the crank must be taken down). Pour out the materials. Continue to work after the power is on.
