IEC 60754-1 Cable Corrosion Test Appatatus
Introduction:
Electric Cables Halogen Acid Gas Release Tester is used to test the acidity of gas that released during combustion from cable or optical cable components materials. This testing equipment is designed and manufactured on the basis of GB/T 17650 and IEC 60754. The cable material is processed by prius tube furnace, and then the PH value and conductivity of the gas that generated in combustion process and measured, so that the cable material of acidic, as well as concentration of halogen acid gas volume, PH, conductivity, etc, can be determined.

Specifications:
Tube Furnace: The length of the heating section of the furnace is 500mm, and the inner diameter is 40mm. It also has an electrically programmable heating system (Temperature Controller).
Pyrex tube: A fire resistant tube is used in the furnace to protect the tube from corrosive gases. The tube is made of silicon dioxide, a fire-resistant agent. The inner diameter of the silica tube is 38mm, the length of the tube is 150mm from the furnace's entrance, and the tube protrudes 100mm from the exit.
Combustion Boat: 98mm (Length)*15mm (Width)*12mm (Depth); Each boat is only used three times before being disposed of or recycled. (It must be cleaned three times after each use.)
Gas Washing Bottle: The height of the liquid at the end of the tube in each bottle must be 100 120mm.
