Introduction
A circuit breaker analyzer is an instrument used to check and evaluate the function of a circuit breaker to ensure the safety and reliability of its operation in an electrical system. It is usually used for parameter detection and analysis of AC high-voltage switches such as AC high-voltage circuit breakers, load switches, and disconnectors.
Advantages
(1) The analyzer integrates a vibration test function, providing a new method for testing the mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers, which is simpler and more effective.
(2) The test results contain more information about the circuit breaker. For circuit breakers with potential failure risks or failures, the cause of the failure can be quickly located.
(3) There is no need to change the original wiring connection method of the circuit breaker to achieve live detection of the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker.
(4) The arc extinguishing contact analysis module allows users to automatically evaluate the wear degree of the arc extinguishing contacts inside the circuit breaker without disassembling the circuit breaker.
(5) The circuit breaker circuit resistance measurement can be completed with the instrument alone, and users do not need to purchase a separate circuit resistance tester, which reduces the weight of the on-site test instrument and saves user costs.
