Our instrument Multifunctional Low-temperature Tester is designed and made as per ASTM D97 and ASTM D2500 . It is suitable to determine not only cloud and pour point, but also solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products.

(I) Control panel
1. Display: To show temperature in each cold bath during test.
2. Move button: To move the cursor or modify parameter. Please press the Enter button after operation. It includes the Up button, the Down button, the Left button, the Right button and the Enter button, total five buttons.
3. Operation function button.
(1) Preset button: Press the button and the instrument will enter into setting state.
(2) CFPP button: Press the button to enter into cold filter plugging point testing state.
(3) Reset button: Press the button, and the procedure will start from the initial state.
4. Vacuum adjustment knob: to adjust the working pressure of filter.
(II) Upper workbench
(1) (2) (4) cold trough: They are cold trough I, cold trough II and cold trough III.
(3) CFPP 1: connect to the CFPP kits attached.
(5) CFPP 2: to fill air;
(6) Cold trough IV: Except solidifying point and cloud point test, it can also be used to determine pour point.
(7) Handle: to turn cold trough for 45 degree when you make solidifying test.
(III) Instrument case
It contains the refrigeration compressor system and it is the refrigeration chamber of the instrument. It is forbidden to disassemble it by nonprofessional on refrigeration.
