Embedded within the system is a host computer paired with a large, programmable CPLD, offering enhanced flexibility and functionality.
The device is capable of handling up to 12 D/A outputs simultaneously, fulfilling a wide array of field testing requirements. Powered by a digital signal processor and a microcomputer, it is equipped to test traditional relays and protectors, as well as modern microcomputer-based relays, with particular suitability for transformer differential protection and conversion equipment.
The primary control board features a DSP+FPGA architecture, with a 16-bit DAC output, generating a high-density fundamental wave sine wave of 2000 points per cycle, significantly enhancing waveform quality and the precision of the testing equipment.
It utilizes a high-fidelity linear amplifier, ensuring the accuracy of low currents and the stability of high currents. The high-precision linear power amplifier supports 6 channels of voltage and 6 channels of current output.
An 8-inch LCD display is included, along with connectivity options such as a keyboard/mouse port, two USB ports, and two RS232 ports, enabling communication with PCs and other communication devices.
The system incorporates intelligent self-protection features. It also provides 8 channels of switch inputs and 4 channels of switch outputs, with input contacts that can be either empty or have a potential of 0-250V, featuring intelligent identification.
The equipment is rich in binary options and is supported by robust software functionalities.
