Automatic Cloud and Pour Point Test Apparatus ASTM D97 ASTM D2500
Cloud and pour poinr test apparatus is suitable to determine
pour point and cloud point of petroleum oils.
1. This Cloud Point Analyzer mainly consists of a benchtop chassis and a tilting cold bath. Its compact, four-bath structure with dual baths is rationally laid out and easy to operate.
2. This lubricating oil pour point testeremploys a dual environmentally friendly compressor system, providing excellent cooling performance with a maximum cooling temperature of -70ºC. Cold Bath I: Room temperature to -51ºC, ±1ºC; Cold Bath II: Room temperature to -70ºC, ±1ºC.
3. The diesel pour point tester uses a high-precision LCD temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1ºC, ensuring uniform and stable cold bath temperature.
4. The metal bath structure is smaller and more environmentally friendly and safer than traditional alcohol baths.
5. A special tilting structure allows the test tubes to tilt at 45 degrees during pour point tests, with fixed settings for reliable test data.
6. The Cloud and Pour Point Analyzer can determine the pour point, cloud point, and condensation point of petroleum products according to standard methods. It can also be equipped with an LC-2 for cold filter plugging point testing, achieving multi-purpose functionality.
